MEET THE DOCTORS

Dr. Bryan and Dr. Nick have recognized the many shortcomings of the standard model of physical therapy: Lack of one-on-one attention and individualized treatment, minimal to no hands-on attention by a physical therapist, and wasting time lying on a table. Most of all, the feeling of not being heard. Continuum Sports Rehab & Performance changes all of this by providing you with a better physical therapy experience. Offering physical therapy, sports performance, sports rehab, and injury prevention services in two convenient locations.
