"Dr. Bryan and Dr. Nick have all different programs. They have given me custom workouts to do at home, and at the gym. They have checked in with me constantly through text messages and they've just always been there making sure I'm getting better." - Brad

“Dr. Bryan has coached me every step of the way and has tailored a program exactly to where I am at in my recovery while pinpointing and addressing imbalances and deficits. I feel that my recovery has been that much faster because the program has been so customized to my individualized needs.” - Meghann

“The doctors have done a great job keeping me strong, mobile, and on the trails running. I’ve tried other physical therapy offices and it’s always been the same cookie cutter experience; stick you on some e-stim, heat and see the doctor for a few seconds. Here, everything  is hands on, one-on-one, and an overall great experience.” - Peter

  • "Dr. Bryan takes the time to do a full assessment and to come up with a thoughtful rehab plan. This is not a typical PT experience where you are attended to intermittently throughout your appointment. This is 1:1 work and well worth it. For those of you who are looking for a top notch physical therapy experience, this is the place for you."

  • "After 2+ years of dealing with chronic shoulder issues, I am very thankful to have come across Dr Bryan & Continuum. He is a great source of knowledge & experience, and took the time to properly test & diagnose my issues. Then he created a treatment plan catered specifically to my recovery followed by weekly modifications based on my specific results. This is not the typical "cookie-cutter" experience most places will run you through. Highly recommend!"

    — Steve F.

  • "Very personable and knowledgeable! Quickly got me back on my feet returning to Pain FREE training! I highly recommend their training services!!!"

    — Eric W.

  • "I've had many PT's over the years but none offer the kind of focus and attention to detail that Bryan does. He gives you his full and undivided attention for your entire session which makes a huge difference when it comes to results. He has a keen eye and was able to spot some things going on with my body that other doctors and therapists had missed. The results of working with him have been great so far. I've been able to get my running groove back. Can't say enough good things about his practice!"

    — Brian C.

  • "I had a great experience here working with Dr. Bryan to help with knee/hip/ankle discomfort and weakness. The program is completely individualized. Dr. Bryan is extremely knowledgable and made himself available and accessible for any questions even the days I was doing the prescribed training from home. The facility is super clean and stocked with great equipment. My issues improved after just a few weeks. Dr. Bryan and Dr. Nick and friendly and pleasant company, too! I would recommend Continuum to anyone seeking PT/rehab or sports-focused performance training!"

    — Michele T.

  • "Finally a PT who actually spends time with his patients! Dr. Bryan is a breath of fresh air and takes what I consider to be the only approach to getting patients back to where they want to be - one-on-one attention for the entire session from him (not his assistants). I finally feel like I'm making progress to get back to running!"

    — Heather S.

  • "Dr Bryan is awesome! Patient, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. Helped me with recovery during race season and then got me going with a routine to help my mid and low back get stronger and more flexible and thus, less pain. I highly recommend his recovery and physical therapy sessions to anyone! 👍👍"

    — Donna V.

  • "This was my first experience with PT, and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bryan. I had called a few places and learned that you don’t get much one on one time with the Dr as they normally have a few other patients booked in with you at the same time but, Dr. Bryan only works one on one. The extra attention is absolutely worth the money. I found him on facebook right after I injured myself 3 weeks out from the NYC Marathon. Dr. Bryan diagnosed me and came up with a plan that we hoped would get me back to running in time for the race. Here we are post race and I can confirm that his plan worked flawlessly. Again, I can’t recommend Bryan enough."

    — Ryan P.

  • "After compensating for an old rotator cuff injury, I got a “frozen shoulder,” which hindered mobility, limited certain activities and caused pain. Dr. Bryan Dau at Continuum provided a customized program of at-home exercises – which he demonstrated and we practiced in his office – as well as hands-on manipulations of the affected area. Very different than the typical “assembly-line” approach at most physical therapists. He was very knowledgeable, and also very friendly and professional. Most importantly, my shoulder (which had been problematic for over a year prior) improved almost completely – pain is gone, mobility is almost back to normal and I have returned to full physical activity, including vigorous weight-bearing exercise. Highly recommended premium service."

    — Walt C.

  • "I met Bryan in July but put off PT until after I finished Ironman Lake Placid. Not only did he NOT tell me to stop training, he encouraged me to do whatever I wanted as long as it didn’t cause me pain. I haven’t been to PT in years, but I knew I needed to take my bursitis seriously if I wanted to continue to do long course triathlons. It took over a month of adjusting the exercises, but Bryan was patient — more patient than me. Now I’m running without pain for the first time in almost six months. Highly recommend Dr. Day and Continuum Physical Therapy."

    — Corey L.

  • "Dr. Dau is an exceptional therapist. I am an ultra-distance runner and fitness professional who has suffered from chronic injuries and pain due to racing and training. I have spent several years going to other PT and wellness therapists only to achieve minimal and short-lived relief. However, one session with Bryan alleviated severe pain; something I have never experienced with another therapist. It’s almost awkward not having that pain and restriction of movement. Dr. Dau explains every technique he’s applying so you can be well informed about your own physiology. He truly believes in physical wellness and exercise longevity - two key components that any runner wants to hear! Thank you Bryan!"

    — N.B.

  • "Dr. Bryan Dau is an exceptional clinician and therapist. Not only does he have the knowledge and skills to address your symptoms, he also listens to you and adjusts your treatment appropriately. By recommendation, I went to him with an unconventional shoulder issue. He took the time to address my changing symptoms and was able to greatly improve my mobility, strength and range of motion. If you want to get better or improve your performance, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Dau. The one on one attention is unbeatable."

    — Rich B.

  • "I started seeing Bryan for pain that was occurring leading up to an Ironman. Bryan came up with a comprehensive plan that allowed me to continue my training while reducing pain and preventing injury. Bryan's one on one approach to therapy is personal and effective. He was receptive to my needs and I was able to continue training and complete my race. He responds quickly to any questions and was flexible to my irratic work schedule. 5 stars."

    — Andrew V.

  • "Hands down, the most personalized attention I think you're going to get from a physical therapist. The sessions are one-on-one and focused, and he does an amazing job with follow-up - sending you exercises and checking in on you. I went in with ulnar nerve issues, and Dr. Dau gave me exercises and stretches that have caused the pins and needles to go away completely. Even though I'm a trainer, the exercises he gave me highlighted areas that I neglect in my own training, that had resulted in muscle weakness and instability. I highly recommend Dr. Dau!"

    — Rachael T.

  • "Dr. Dau is exceptional. I was experiencing low back pain and hip tightness and by the end of my first session, I felt a ton of relief. Dr. Dau is professional, highly knowledgeable and overall just a really kind and compassionate doctor. The space at Continuum is super clean and welcoming. I loved being able to experience top-notch, new equipment that I’ve never used before. Look no further than Dr. Dau!"

    — Jane B.

  • "Bryan’s presence is extremely calming and supportive, and he is genuinely excited to share his knowledge to help make you an expert on your own body. To work one on one with a Physical Therapist for the entire session is practically unheard of in outpatient clinics these days, and that in itself is why I drive an hour back and forth for every session."

    — Austin R.

  • "As a former collegiate athlete having spent countless hours in the training room doing treatment I'm no stranger to physical therapy. Dr. Dau provided an amazing experience in a setting that's conducive to recovery. Can't wait for my next session!"

    — Kwame D.

  • "My experience with Dr. Bryan was first class. He takes a birds eye view to narrow down what is actually causing the issue. Not only that, he listens to what you say and works with you to help develop a plan on healing and strengthening the source of pain. Dr. Bryan’s approach is a process of elimination, so no assumptions are made and it is based on the evidence found through a series of range of motion, strength, and pressure tests leading to the cause of the pain I was having. I was really happy knowing he is taking the time to identify what was going on. Careful examination is taken when working on you, and you will leave knowing you’re in good hands. With a set of stretches and exercises focused on resolving my pain, I already feel better and know that Dr. Bryan was the right choice. I’d highly recommend him to anyone!
