One on One Training for Student Athletes

1:1 Training

Perfect for driven middle and high school athletes with specific goals, our one-on-one training provides a fully customized program, direct communication with a coach through our app, recovery equipment access, and a weekly open gym session to support progress. Choose between training 1x or 2x per week to match your athlete’s needs and commitment level.

Semi Private Training for Student Athletes

Semi-Private Training

Ideal for motivated middle and high school athletes who want personalized programming with the energy and support of a small group, our semi-private sessions (3–4 athletes) ensure each athlete is challenged and progressing at their own level. We offer two flexible options—train 1x or 2x per week—so athletes can choose what works best for their schedule and goals.

Designed specifically for middle school athletes, our group classes focus on building foundational strength, speed, and agility in a supportive setting that emphasizes proper form, injury prevention, and confidence both on and off the field.

Our physical therapy process for youth athletes involves a detailed assessment to create a personalized program that addresses their specific needs and goals. We focus on movement, flexibility, strength training, and injury prevention to help them recover safely and efficiently.

Through a combination of in-person sessions and daily exercises guided via our mobile app, we provide the tools and support needed for a pain-free return to sport. Our approach not only ensures a safe recovery but also enhances their overall performance and resilience.
