Semi-Private Training – Get a personalized program with expert coaching in a small group setting (3–4 athletes). Ideal for high school or middle school athletes who want individualized attention and the motivation of training alongside peers.
Middle School Group Classes – Fun, structured sessions focused on building a strong athletic foundation—perfect for developing speed, strength, coordination, and confidence in younger athletes.
