Ideal for motivated middle and high school student athletes who want personalized programming with the energy and support of a small group, our semi-private sessions (3–4 athletes) ensure each athlete is challenged and progressing at their own level. We offer two flexible options—train 1x or 2x per week—so athletes can choose what works best for their schedule and goals.
