Our programs are designed to create a long-term, healthier you. 

We help athletes not only eliminate pain but to reach their highest level of performance.

  • Your 60-minute assessment will consist of a comprehensive analysis by a Doctor of Physical Therapy examining strength, mobility, flexibility, and performance. Whether you are injured, want to improve performance, or both - the assessment will provide you with a strategic game plan and recommendations for achieving your goals.

  • After your assessment, you will schedule your first follow up visit. Every session is 60 minutes, one time per week. You will work 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy addressing areas needing attention, imbalances, or underlying root issues. Our approach is active - we get up and move.

    If you are in pain, our first goal is relief of pain and symptoms as we progress you through the rehab process.

  • Our mobile app is an essential part of the experience. Through the app you will access your customized exercise program that is updated on a weekly basis based on your individualized needs. You will also have 24/7 messaging support with your therapist, remote coaching, and exercise tracking to keep you accountable and on track towards goals. Plus, exclusive content from fitness to nutrition tips!

  • This is what makes us unique. We bridge the gap between rehab and performance making sure you come out of rehab a stronger, faster, and a more resilient athlete. The job isn’t complete once pain has been resolved. We continue to work on root issues, preventative strategies, and your sports specific movements to provide you long lasting results. Unlike other PT places we focus on more than just short term solutions.

  • You will be given the knowledge to understand the why behind your issue and how to prevent injury in the future. We will provide you with a strong framework to be independent in managing your health and well-being while giving you the tools and guidance needed for long-term success.
